When the Blogger Blogs, Can the Employer Intervene?
Many legal issues have been raised as the practice of blogging, or keeping a personal online journal, spreads. Those who engage in blogging may feel that they are protected by freedom of speech but people have and can be fired for writing things that their employers object to. For this reason many companies are developing policies to regulate the content of employee blogs.
