Why What You Learned in Preschool Is Crucial at Work
In a recent study published by David Deming of Harvard University, it was found that jobs requiring strong social skills have grown more than others since 1980. Skills such as empathy, flexibility, and cooperation are cited as being increasingly important in the current job market. Deming also found that jobs that require both social skills and mathematical thinking have offered steady pay and employment opportunities.
