Work Reviews Losing Steam
Some companies are eliminating performance reviews altogether. Their reasoning is that reviews stress workers out and are not an affective way of motivating them. Many performance review systems receive low ratings from those within the company, both employees and managers. However, most others are continuing with performance reviews, while attempting to find a system that provides valuable feedback and helps employees.
