Amy’s Kitchen is under fire after worker allegation of mistreatment. Cecilia Luna filed a complaint with the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration claiming that the company has unsafe working conditions leading to injury and does not provide adequate breaks. Amy’s Kitchen says that the complaint “is filled with untruths.” Many consumers are boycotting the company until the issue is remedied.
