A former employer at a tennis academy in Kings Park, NY is suing the company over unpaid overtime claims. The academy, Sportime NY, is co-owned by 4-time U.S. Open tennis champion John McEnroe. The lawyers for Sportime and McEnroe have yet to comment on the matter.
