Workers are starting to reshape how and when we work
A record 4 million people quit their jobs in April as the labor market continues to send a strong signal to employers that the way we think about work is changing drastically and fast. The pandemic has given many workers time to think about their true desires in life and working simply to pay bills is no longer cutting it. Whether its the in-person commute, constant 60 hour work weeks, or high cost locations away from family, workers are challenging the way we think about work and leading with their newfound value.
