With Instacart demand going down in recent weeks, some workers are weighing their next moves. At the start of the pandemic, Instacart was overwhelmed with demand and workers found their earnings bolstered. Workers now claim that they are going hours or even days at a time without receiving any orders to complete. One worker who quit his job as a parking valet earlier this year to do Instacart full-time says he is now reevaluating that decision and has signed up for Grubhub to help supplement his income.
