Workers aren't ready for health reform
A new survey finds that many employees are unaware or do not understand how health care changes will affect them. The new changes will require individuals to make more decisions regarding their health care, which is seen as a way for workers to make better choices for their circumstances. However, many employees say that they do not have the time or knowledge necessary to make those decisions, and it is unclear if employers will educate employees on how to make those choices.
