Workers at South African mine trickle back to work after 44 killed
About 25% of the workers at a South African platinum mine have returned to work after 34 workers were killed by the police during a strike last week. The mine has threatened to fir workers who do not come back to work. About 3,000 of the mine's 28,000 employees are participating in the strike, and the unions say that most of the workers would have to return for the mine to be operational. Workers say that they deserve more for working in the mine. Over 250 people will face court charges related to violence at the mine.
