The new overtime rules have stirred up much debate about how many workers will lose overtime pay. However, there has also been some unexpected resistance from workers who have been made eligible for overtime pay under the new rules. Many workers associate their status with being a salaried worker as compared to being ?on-the-clock? and they resent their reclassification.
