Workers Feeling More Confident About Job Market: Survey
A new survey finds that employees are more confident about the labor market. Employees are more confident in their ability to find another job if they leave their current one. For employers, that means that they will have to try harder to hold on to top employers. The survey also found that fewer employers were decreasing work hours, and that some benefits were being restored. Experts say that the increase in confidence is a good sign for the economy.
