Workers reveal the benefits of working in the office include collaboration and access to tech equipment
New research has revealed that of workers without hybrid work options, the majority of them actually prefer coming into the office. The workers surveyed indicated that they enjoy being in the office for client and team meetings, indicating the collaborative value of in-person work. Additionally, the data reflected that workers value the technology equipment in the office that they don't have access to when working from home. However, the commute to the office is a significant barrier that is still deterring workers from wanting to return in-person.
