Workers say the passing of the Postal Service Reform Act couldn’t come sooner
As the Postal Service Reform Act awaits being signed into law by President Biden, U.S. Postal Service workers hope that relief is on the way. One worker said she needs a lifeline as she is currently “doing the work that three people used to be staffed for.” The act would make nearly $50 billion for expenses available over the next decade allowing for needed staffing additions, vehicle maintenance, affordable health care premiums, and more.
