A recent survey of unvaccinated workers revealed a daunting threat to the job market. 72% of workers said they would quit if a vaccine mandate was instituted in their workplace without a testing option and 37% said they would quit if they had to get vaccinated or test weekly. So far, those who say they have already quit only represents 1% of U.S. adults. If those surveyed actually do quit, it could lead to anywhere from 5-9% of workers leaving their jobs.
