Online networking sites are putting job seekers in contact with a greater number of career opportunities. Although this method of networking is often faster and easier, some wonder whether the relationships formed are as meaningful as the ones produced by face-to-face interactions. Other concerns include member privacy and the exclusivity of certain sites.
