Working Together...When Apart
For many companies, virtual work teams are becoming more prevalent, leading to questions about how to manage them and facilitate productive relationships. Challenges include different time zones, experiences and in many cases, language and cultural barriers. Experts say that encouraging team members to get to know one another, choosing some team members that know each other and encouraging communication can help companies create successful virtual teams.
