The Writers Guild of America East has accused NBC News of union-busting. The organization has filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board agents NBCUniversal for undermining the former union that was in place at the now shut-down Peacock Productions. The Writers Guild of America East is seeking that the collective bargaining agreement that applied to Peacock Productions remain in place at NBC News' new production operation site.
