Yale has reached a contract agreement with its clerical and technical employees. The four-year agreement includes 100% family medical benefits and job advancement programs for workers. The agreement also includes provisions for hiring more local workers as well as training. Both sides said that they were happy to have reached an agreement and to be working together.
