Yearly Reviews? Try Weekly
Companies are looking to new ways to review employee performance. Some feel that annual reviews are too far apart, and put too much pressure on employees. Instead they are reviewing employee performance more frequently, something they say has improved relationships between managers and employees and helped improve performance. Others say that reviews are not helpful in any form, and companies should find other ways to measure employee performance. While views on performance appraisals are beginning to change, the majority of companies still conduct annual reviews.
