Many Gen Z workers have admitted to struggling with desktop computing and machines like printers or scanners because those tech skills have been assumed of them having grown up in an age of technology. This phenomenon has highlighted the generational differences and skills gaps within the corporate workplace between older and younger workers. However, younger people appear to be more willing to learn new skills and adapt compared to older workers.
