You?re on Autopilot, but Check the Speedometer
Plans that free employees from having to check their retirement accounts are coming under scrutiny as a recent study has found that there is a lack of consensus about how these plans should really operate. Although the plans have been endorsed by the government as a way for employers to keep their workers' retirement money safe, there is a striking lack of guidelines or indexes that measure their performance to demonstrate whether the plans are actually viable. Yet the plans have attracted a huge amount of money from various sources.
