Economists predict that by next year unemployment will fall as companies look to hire more workers. Andrea Kay has written a book that offers advice about how to find a new job. Kay advises that you take on more responsibilities at your current job and document your accomplishments. She also recommends that you generate a list of specific strengths, and do background research on any company you hope to be hired at.
