WIT gets serious about job hunting
Women in Transition (WIT) gives female job-seekers the opportunity to meet and discuss issues that they are facing. Members gather in each other's homes to share experiences, advice, and broaden their career networks. Elizabeth Richter founded WIT in December 2000 after she lost her job as a corporate executive. Richter says that WIT is about helping women make connections that will ultimately lead to a job.
