US Airways To Meet With Unions on Concessions
US Airways executives are holding a meeting with union leaders tomorrow to discuss the need for major concessions. The airline is in a precarious financial situation and must meet the financial covenant set by the federal government in exchange for guarantees on loans they have received. If the company cannot secure concessions they will be forced to start selling off several key assets.
