The movement of tech jobs overseas has become a huge issue in America; however there are many factors that a firm needs to consider before it decides to outsource labor. Many companies have experienced difficulties with outsourcing such as costly transitions, language barriers and less than expected skill levels. However, once companies decide to invest overseas they will usually work to solve problems before pulling out.
