LinkedIn Has Named a New CEO
After 11 years as CEO of LinkedIn, Jeff Weiner is stepping down and transitioning into the role of executive chairman. Replacing Weiner will be Ryan Roslansky. Roslansky is currently product chief at Microsoft-owned LinkedIn, and will become CEO on June 1 and begin reporting to Microsoft’s CEO, Satya Nadella. Ironically, Roslansky is the very first hire Weiner made after joining the professional-networking site as interim president at the end of 2008.
