Age discrimination suit filed against bus service
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC)has filed a federal lawsuit against the Latino Express bus company, accusing the company of age discrimination. The EEOC attorney claims that the bus company fired two older drivers and refused to hire an older applicant for no reason other than age. A lawyer for the company denied all charges, claiming that the company does not have a problem with hiring older drivers.
