Twitter executive, Candi Castleberry-Singleton, recently spoke about the intersection of artificial intelligence and diversity at a conference hosted by Auburn University. Candi discussed how artificial intelligence may seem unbiased and the answer to diversity issues for organizations. However, she emphasized that without proper monitor artificial intelligence can be as biased as human intelligence.
