Working Mother magazine has published a list of the top 100 companies for working moms in its October issue. Among the top ten companies are Eli Lilly, Fannie Mae, General Mills, IBM and S.C. Johnson & Sons. The main things that the magazine looked at were flexible scheduling, advancement of women and child-care options. Experts say that companies are paying more attention to family issues in order to attract and retain the best employees.
