Exxon rejects a proposal to end their lockout of employees
Exxon rejected a proposed contract to end their 8-month lockout of 600 workers on Thursday from the United Steelworkers. The two sides met for the first time to negotiate since October on Thursday. The company said they would end the lockout when their contract proposal, that has already been rejected by the union, is ratified or when the union is decertified by the NLRB.
