How do your work ethics measure up?
In their new book "Making Good: How Young People Cope with Moral Dilemmas at Work," Howard Gardner and a team of researchers at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education tested the ethics of young workers. The workers they tested included journalists, geneticists and actors. The researchers found that ethical workers tended to feel attached to their broader community, have good role models and view their professional ethical decisions as reflections on themselves.
