Last week, Nike announced that employees in their offices would get a week off. The senior leaders at Nike sent a clear message, “unwind, destress and spend time with your loved ones.” A Nike spokesperson confirmed that their offices closed in different locations for a week. Nike says they believe “that we can prioritize mental health and still get work done.” A recent study found that 70% of respondents would leave their job for another that offers better resources to reduce burnout.
