Rising job stress could affect bottom line
Rising unemployment has led to greater tension and stress within workplaces causing workers to suffer both mental and physical health problems. Workplace stress can lead to more on-the-job injuries, violent behavior and lowered productivity. Companies are looking to find ways to alleviate workplace stress, in order to avoid these problems.
