Suit alleges United refused to pay overtime
A human resources employee sued United Airlines claiming that she and other employees were denied overtime pay. The airline filed for bankruptcy in December. The employee is claiming that she lost a significant amount of wages because she was compelled by the airline not to record more than 40 hours of work a week. A spokesperson for United refused to comment on the lawsuit.
