The Great Divide in Workplace Benefits
Recently, Working Mother magazine released a list ranking the top 100 companies that offer support for employees who care for young children or elderly relatives. Both IBM and Johnson & Johnson have been on the list since its inception 30 years ago. However, even as more families shift to the two income household model, the number of companies that provide family benefits and flexible work options has not increased over the past five years.
