United attendants push for new union
Dissatisfied United Airlines flight attendants are looking to replace their union. The employees are upset with their current union, the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA), because of a recent merger of the AFA with the Communication Workers of America. United Airlines is currently in a state of bankruptcy, which makes it an unusual time for a switch in union representation.
