'The resume and reality didn't coexist' in hiring
Hiring the right person is critical for any business, and some employers are finding the information that employees put on resumes to be unreliable. For this reason some suggest using profile assessment tools to aid in the hiring process. Profile assessments provide a great deal of information about an applicant's skills and personality traits which can be used to decide whether that person would be a good fit with the organization.
