Wal-Mart has decided to add sexual orientation to its workplace policy on discrimination. A company representative said that the change was made because the company wanted to make it clear that they accepted all associates. Gay advocacy groups applauded the decision and hope that other companies will be encouraged to follow Wal-Mart's example.
