Amazon to face a hearing from NLRB charges on September 28th
The NLRB will be holding a hearing on September 28th to review charges against Amazon from two fired employees alleging retaliation. The employees were open critics of the company’s stance on the climate crisis and allege unfair labor practices in the form of a policy prohibiting employees from speaking out about Amazon’s business. A growing number of complaints against Amazon as of late has caused the NLRB to consider making this a national investigation.
