The Supreme Court will review a case in which Nancy Drew Suders claims that she was forced to quit her job with the Pennsylvania State Police because of sexual harassment. The Court must decide if quitting under these circumstances is comparable to being fired. The state claims that it is not liable for sexual harassment because they have a policy against sexual harassment and a complaint procedure that Suders failed to use properly.
