Indians Fearing Repercussions of U.S. Technology Outsourcing
An increasing number of United States corporations are outsourcing white-collar work to low-cost countries like India. This practice has been protested as American jobs are lost to overseas workers, and it has become a major issue in the upcoming presidential election. Indian companies that benefit from outsourcing are concerned that increasing U.S. protectionism could hurt them economically.
