Office love can be at heart of problems
Office romances can create problems in the workplace. These relationships create distractions and can lead to tension if the couple decides to break up. Human resource consultants suggest that supervisors immediately talk to employees who are starting a relationship. They do not suggest forbidding office relationships, but instead laying down guidelines of appropriate behavior.
