Women Workers Must Fight for Salaries
Women workers are currently paid about 80 cents for every dollar that men earn, and evidence suggests that cultural factors play a large part in women's relatively lower wages. Women are less likely than men to aggressively negotiate for raises and point out their accomplishments. Experts suggest that all workers seeking a raise do research on the going wage rates, and have a clear idea of what they want.
